COVID-19 POLICIES AND GUIDELINES


STUDIO and booking POLICIES

You must be 18+ to get tattooed.
NO EXCEPTIONS. You may be required to show ID as proof of age.

  • You must be sober to get a tattoo. If you arrive intoxicated, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will lose your deposit.

  • A deposit is required for all appointments. Minimum deposit is $100 and goes up based on time booked.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final.

  • Deposits can be transferred as long as more than 7 days notice is given to reschedule the appointment. If you last minute reschedule more than once, you will have to leave a new deposit and will forfeit the current deposit. You are allowed ONE rebook per appointment until your deposit is lost.

  • Deposits are non-transferable between clients and are e-transfer only.

  • No-shows will result in a full loss of the deposit and another deposit will have to be left in order to book again. You may be asked to leave a bigger amount. If you no show you are not guaranteed to be booked in again.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late please let me know. Half day sessions will be given 15 minutes before they lose their deposit and full day appointments will be given 30 minutes.

  • You will not see the final drawing until the day of your appointment. Drawings do not leave the studio. If you have a large scale piece booked in (i.e full arm sleeve) you may be given a in-person consultation date and at that time you might be shown a rough sketch to get the idea. Under no circumstances will any sketches, drawings or stencils leave the studio. You may not take photos of the drawings at the time of consultations.

  • Extra time will be allotted at the beginning of each session for any small changes that might have to be made to the design. Any big changes or anything that requires more drawing time will result in a rescheduling of your appointment and your deposit may be lost.

  • Touch ups will be done at the artist discretion, and within 6 months of receiving the tattoo. Touch ups on hands/feet/faces/necks will be done at the client’s expense. A minimum charge will apply for any touch ups needed due to not following proper aftercare instructions. (i.e you went tanning afterwards and now your tattoo is faded or you picked your scabs and the ink fell out)

  • Cover-ups and re-works will be done on a case by case basis. These appointments are not guaranteed and consultation is required prior to booking these services.

  • Consultations are free and mostly done via email. Should we need to meet in person, you will be given an appointment date for a consultation at the studio.

  • Once you have received an appointment date, please confirm within 48 hours or the date may be given away.

  • Cash, e-transfer and debit are preferred methods of payment. Credit/ Apple Pay and Google Pay available upon request.

  • We reserve the right to refuses services to any persons for any reasons.

  • You are not able to get tattooed while pregnant or breastfeeding. I will not make exceptions.
